TUITION AID CBA is happy to announce that we are partnering with Smart Tuition Aid Analysis to assist in determining aid to potential or current CBA applicants. This aid may make it possible for a family that truly believes in a Christian Education to be able to afford it. What we consider when evaluating a student for Tuition Aid
The following information is necessary for you to complete your application. It should also be used if you choose to fill out your application online at www.smarttuitionaid.com. Who is Eligible to Apply? Full-time students entering grades K4-12 are eligible to apply for aid. Application Deadline: 05/30/2010 It is advisable that you complete your application before this date. Form Section T: Tuition Charging Schools Use the School ID 10458 for each dependent that plans to attend the Calvary Baptist Academy. Application Processing Fees Required Processing Fee: $24.00. Corporation/Partnership/Trust Processing fee: $19.00. You are required to pay this fee if you have filed any of the following IRS forms: 1041, 1065, 1120-A, 1120, or 1120S. Parent Report Fee (Optional): $8.00. The report allows you to review the accuracy of the information that Smart Tuition Aid has taken from your application and see your status. This report does not show the amount of assistance you may receive from your school. If you do not enclose this entire fee with your application, Smart Tuition will not be able to process your application. Make checks payable to Smart Tuition. Form Section V: School Code Information No Special codes. Please leave this section blank. Preparing your Application: After completing your paper application, please use the return envelope provided to mail it back to us. If you prefer, you may choose to complete your application online at www.smarttuitionaid.com. For both paper and online application options, you must send copies of all supporting documentation requested below (please do not send your originals). Applications received by fax will be returned, the fax is for documents only. Most recent pay-stubs and W2 statements Most recent federal tax form Most recent business tax return (if applicable) Documentation of all other sources of income (social security, welfare, food stamps, unemployment, child support, workers compensation, etc.) Any 1099 forms Please mail your documentation to: Smart Tuition Aid Processing Center PO Box 25116 Or send your documentation to fax number: (610)-599-8633 Notice of Financial Aid All final decisions regarding financial aid are made by Calvary Baptist Academy. Smart Tuition does not have this information. If you have not received notification about financial aid, contact the Financial Administrator at Calvary Baptist Academy. Please allow a minimum of four weeks after you have submitted your application. |
