Admissions Process (New Student Application):

1) A student will be considered in process for admission when the following items are received:

• Completed Application
• Pastor's letter of recommendation
  
• Non-refundable Application fee of $35
• Signed Release of Records (1st - 12th only)
  
• Copy of report cards and standardized test results (1st -12th only)
  

2) PRINCIPAL/COORDINATOR INTERVIEW: Once the application process is completed, we will schedule an interview for the parents with the Principal or Kindergarten Coordinator.  

3) If your child is accepted, you will be notified by Letter of Acceptance within two weeks of the interview.  

Registration Process (Registration materials):

• Extended Family Information
• Media Release
• Handbook Acknowledgment
• Student Standard of Conduct (7th-12th)
• Field Trip Release  
• Smart Tuition Form (obtain from office)
  
• Copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate
• Current, up-to-date Immunization record
• Non-refundable Registration fee:
• Mother's Day Out - K5: $100
• 1st - 12th: $185 first child, $150 each additional child in grades 1st-12th.

 * Please note, new students will not be admitted if any of the above is missing from the students file.

Book Fees:

A book fee will be charged to the students account for payment before June 1st.

K5 - $175
1st-12th - $235 if received before June 2nd.  $250 if received after June 2nd.
