** Twice per year a $125 mid-semester fee will be assessed to every student. If there is enough parent interest in a fundraiser CBA will sponsor it to help pay this mid-semester fee.  CBA will apply all net sales from each participating student toward the students account.  For example:  If a fund raiser pays the school 50% and a student sells $250 of product, he would be credited $125 to his account. Calvary provides one of the most competitive tuition rates in the New Braunfels area for our families.  Please refer to the Admissions Page for book fees.

Explanation of Tuition & Fees

Calvary Baptist Academy is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church.  As such, the church assists each family by covering approximately 30% of the actual cost of educating each child.  Because of this relationship and godly, sacrificial teachers, Calvary Baptist Academy is one of the most affordable Christian Schools in the state of Texas.

Tuition Payment Plan

CBA offers three flexible payment plans to help our families.  These plans distribute the tuition and grade level fees over monthly payments processed by electronic funds transfer through the Smart Tuition Management portal. The initial set-up fee for this service is included in the Registration fee and will be automatically processed through electronic transfer.

Financial Responsibility

Once the registration fees have been signed and a seat has been reserved, the family is expected to attend the entire school year.  If you think you might need to withdraw your child for financial reasons, please contact the Office as soon as possible to make arrangements.  Records will not be forwarded to another school until all financial obligations have been satisfied.

Multiple Student Discount

Calvary Baptist Academy provides  multiple student discounts for families with more than one child simultaneously enrolled in the school.  The discount is 10% for the second child, 20% for the third, 10% each additional child.

Missed Payments

All payments are to be made through Smart Tuition online portal by the 10th of every month.   A $25 fee will be incurred for any late payments.

Families whose accounts have unpaid balances over 10 days will be required to meet with the school to explain circumstances.  The school will determine if the child will continue to attend.   Families whose accounts have unpaid balances over 30 days could be suspended from attending classes until a satisfactory payment plan has been arranged.  Accounts must be current for a student to be eligible for re-enrollment.
